Anne Milkovich Background

Anne Milkovich left Microsoft in 1993 to live on the C-Bar ranch in Montana with her husband and three children. There they raise Black Angus beef and well-bred Morgan horses.

After her years in middle management at Microsoft, Anne concluded that the School of Hard Knocks was not going to issue her the graduate degree she deserved and completed her MBA through the University of Montana.

Anne Milkovich now applies her 18 years of experience and education in business management and leadership to improve workplace productivity and quality of life. As a trainer, author, speaker, facilitator, and coach, Anne Milkovich draws on her technology background, personal management experience, and well developed communication skills to facilitate workplace improvement throughout the world.

Speaker
Anne presents substantive content in condensed management "bytes" that make her speaking engagements stand out from the crowd. Her passion for workplace productivity and quality of life come through in dynamic presentations, along with her unique understanding of the challenges facing technical managers.

Author
If you like to absorb concise content presented with just enough humor to keep it readable, you'll want to read Anne's books. With her tongue-in-cheek style, Anne conveys meaningful management material packed into pithy statements that reveal a certain irreverance for managers, herself included. One should never take oneself too seriously!

Trainer
You can't learn if you're bored! Classroom training needs to be interactive with plenty of practical applications and lively discussions to bring the learning points home and make them stick. The classroom is a good place for managers to share their frustrations, successes, and mistakes without repercussion. Excellent course and reference materials add extra value--and a high standard for good food can't hurt either!

Coach
Classroom learning is concise way to learn away from the distractions of the workplace, but managers also need to make the transition back to the real world. Follow-up coaching helps people apply their new knowledge and make it stick permanently.
